Shipping and Delivery

You can choose your delivery method on the “Order Information” page during the order process.
  • Delivery times may be affected by certain variables (customs clearance times and public holidays, see below). If you have not received your package based on the estimates given, please feel free to contact us for assistance.

  • Delivery times are affected by public holidays; manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations during these times. These variables are unfortunately beyond our control. but the service returns to normal immediately once the public holidays are over.

  • It may take a few days after shipping before the tracking number becomes active on the postal transport networks. If the information is still not published on the carrier's website, please try again a little later.

  • Due to customs clearance times, standard delivery times have been extended to 12-17 days for DOM-TOM and 7-12 days for all other destinations in Europe.

  • NANOSNEAKERS ships all packages from our warehouse and distribution center.
